Who we are

What we collect

When you send a form (contact, school request or newsletter) we store the details you enter so we can reply. We do not sell or rent this information. Form submissions are kept on our website and emailed to our team.

Children

This site is written for parents, teachers and families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a child has submitted a form, a parent or guardian may ask us to delete it.

Third parties

Game downloads and book purchases happen on Google Play, the App Store, Xbox and Amazon, under their own privacy policies. Videos are loaded from YouTube only after you press play. If analytics are enabled, we use Google Analytics with IP anonymisation.

Chat

The “Ask a Guardian” helper answers common questions. If it is connected to an AI service, your question text is sent to that service to generate a reply and is not used to identify you.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) you may ask what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
